Three lovely ladies from FLexercise popped into HEART UK to present us with a cheque for over £3,000. FLexercise raised the funds doing a ‘virtual step’ challenge for National Fitness Day in September.

Calling all runners and lace up your running shoes!  We still have a few places left for the Big Half Marathon on Sunday March 10.

National Cholesterol Month was a terrific month! Our 100 mile Great Cholesterol Challenge was really popular and got people out and about, moving more and fundraising!  The challenge remains open until the end of November so there’s still time to finish your miles and get your fundraising in!
