A bright and beautiful fruit salad, perfect for Summer. Experiment with different fruits year-round and choose a soya yoghurt to add to your soya foods for the day.
Ingredients
450g strawberries, cut in half
150g raspberries
100g blackberries
100g blueberries
100g black seedless grapes
100g stoned cherries
1 tablespoon caster sugar
½ lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons low-fat soya yogurt
Method
- Mix all the fruit together in a bowl.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice to the fruit and gently toss together.
- Top with low fat yoghurt.
- Serve straight away or cover and chill briefly before adding the yoghurt.
