Ingredients
435g can pineapple rings in juice, drained
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder
To serve
Fresh berries
Method
Preheat the grill to high and line the grill pan with foil.
Drizzle the maple syrup over one side of the pineapple and sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
Grill on the same side till caramelised (about 10 minutes) and serve warm.
