Making a donation in memory of a loved one is a positive way of celebrating someone's life, while helping us to support others.
When we lose a loved one, it can be helpful to remember them in a meaningful way. A gift given in their memory, to a cause that was dear to their heart, can often help to bring consolation at a time of grief.
Your gift can help the memory of a friend or relative live on by funding the vital work we do to support people with high cholesterol.

If you are a UK taxpayer you can make your donation go further by completing a Gift Aid Form. Alternatively, phone us on 01628 777046 and we will send you one.
