Do you have raised cholesterol be it through diet and lifestyle or a hereditary condition such as Familial Hypercholesterolaemia? The chances are that yourself and other patients do not currently have access to a support group within your local community. HEART UK are looking to expand patient support group meetings throughout the country. As we are a small charity based in the South East we can only do this with your help!
