Dr Mittal has been a Consultant Cardiothoracic Radiologist at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals since 2002, based at Harefield Hospital, and senior clinical lecturer at Imperial College London.

Tarun’s particular expertise is in CT and MRI of the heart for which he was awarded the International Professorship in Cardiothoracic Radiology. He has also had the privilege of studying my Masters in Preventive Cardiology with Prof David Wood at Imperial College. I am also actively involved in research coronary artery disease, cardiovascular prevention, valvular disease, and mindfulness.
