Walking: 10KM , 50km or 100km
Join us on the Lake District Challenge and take on England's finest countryside at your pace. Our wonderful route takes you over some tough hills, Garburn Pass, into Ambleside, through our half way point by the idyllic Lake Windermere, into some forests, and nature reserves all with some stunning views, all based around our Kendal basecamp, where you will get full support & hospitality, optional camping / hostel, and with half & quarter distance options–there’s a Lake District Challenge for everyone!

Costs
Option A - Charity Sponsorship – you pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!
Full challenge - Registration Fee £45 paid online + Minimum sponsorship £595.
Half challenge - Registration Fee £30 paid online + Minimum sponsorship £395.
Quarter challenge - Registration Fee £15 paid online + Minimum sponsorship £245
Option B - Mixed Funding – pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and we pay the balance of the event place cost.
Full challenge - Registration fee £110 paid online + Minimum sponsorship £330
Half marathon - Registration fee £72.50 + Minimum sponsorship £220
Full marathon - Registration fee £45 + Minimum sponsorship £135
Option C - Self Fund – you pay the full cost of the event place - fundraise whatever you want, with no set target or deadline, and there’s no cost at all to the charity.
Full challenge - Registration fee: £198 paid online + Raise as much as you can.
Half challenge - Registration fee: £129 + Raise as much as you can.
Quarter challenge -Registration Fee £79 + Raise as much as you can
